I have been "using" the ESE method for about 4 weeks now and I have definitely seen a difference in the way my clothes fit.  ESE is sooooo easy!  I fast 2 days a week and I drink lots of water (in addition to some coffee and diet soft drinks, but mostly water!).  When my 24hr fast is over, I try to eat a reasonable meal and don't worry about counting calories.
